5 Vegan Reusable Food Wraps
keeps food fresh for a very long time, especially for things like half a lemon, half a tomato, etc.
The vegan products do have a distinctive smell (probably because they use soy wax instead of bee wax), but I kind of like it. I think it's a matter of personal preference.
Great alternative to plastic bags
Thanks so much for your feedback!
These do a great job of wrapping all the foods I have tried them with so far BUT they smell awful and the food picks up the smell and tastes gross. I have washed them a few times as instructed and it has lessened the odor a bit. I now only use them to wrap things like blocks of cheese like products and keep the foods original wrapper on it as a barrier.
Hi Michelle, thanks for the feedback! You’re definitely not the only person to mention this ... the smell of our wraps (usually the beeswax version) is one of great debate! A small percentage (maybe 1%) of our customers - who we like to call the 'Super Sniffers' - they find the scent quite potent. But over time, even those super sniffers report that the scent/taste wears off completely. That said - we're super happy to hear that you're still putting them to use :)
I love these food wraps - they feel natural, look good - a life-giving energy emanates from them; they are easy to clean - a quick rinse under the tap; and... they keep my cheese from getting mouldy or smelly - but still fresh and not dried out. The same with my fresh ginger root, avocado halves etc. I recommend them most highly and have given them away as gifts. Thank you Etee for making a difference.
Hi Stella - what a lovely review. 'Life Giving Energy' - how wonderful! We're so happy to hear that you enjoy our food wraps :D
"I believe these are the best natural wraps on the market, hands down!" - Cheri

How to Wash and (Re)Use
Using cool water gently hand wash your food wraps using etee's Plastic-Free Dish Soap (or another mild, ethanol-free dish soap). Rinse, shake off excess water, then hang or towel dry (you could even reuse them immediately, if you're crazy like us).
REUSABLE TIP: You've been using your wraps for about a year and they're no longer sticking like they used to? Try using them to help open up those extra-stuck pickle jars, or using them as fire starters next time you're getting ready to roast marshmallows! Don't need either? No worries - rest assured that they'll decompose if you chuck them in the bin.
etee reusable vegan sandwich bags are handmade using organic cotton muslin with non-toxic, eco friendly dyes and are infused with candelilla wax, a bit of soy wax, tree resin, and organic coconut oil.
These wraps are really great. I just checked on some parsley that I bought over two weeks ago (I used it a couple of times, but not in the last week), and it is still good! It would have wilted long ago if it was without wrapping, or in plastic grocery store bag! I like the way the wraps smell of beeswax. I'm getting some food bags too, those will be handy to take to the farmers market!
Very happy with the wraps and love having an alternative to plastic. I found them easy to clean and use and they lasted a long time. Now on my second order plus trying out the new bags. Let’s all do our bit to reduce single use plastic!
