Works great, and I'm so happy to not need those big plastic bottles of detergent.

Contains Optical Brighteners

It works fine but I’m very disappointed it contains unnecessary optical brighteners. These chemicals are slow to biodegrade and may be harmful to the environment. Some people are sensitive to them too.

I’ve been using highly rated laundry strips in my efforts to be plastic free, but have been dismayed by the mediocre results. I decided to try out etee’s concentrated laundry detergent to see if it lived up to the excellent reviews I was reading. I’m impressed. I live on 120 acres with a variety of animals (equines, sheep, chickens and dogs) and my clothes get quite dirty doing daily outdoor chores. I had to use a spray on stain remover to get my clothes clean with the laundry strips from a different company, thus requiring the use of a plastic spray bottle. I used the suggested amount of etee’s powder detergent without any spray stain remover and it did a better job than the combo spray and strips. I am quite happy with the results and gave the laundry strips away.
