Best Conditioner Bar Ever!

When I made the switch to bars for hair care, I tried several brands and types to figure out which I'd like the best. For conditioner I kept coming back to this one because it is the absolute best! I find it easy to apply and it leaves my hair soft and static free. As a bonus it lasts a long time, easily 3-4 times longer than a standard size bottle of conditioner. I don't remember exactly when I made the switch to ditch the plastic bottles, but it's been at least 5 years and this bar is still my go-to.
I have fine, shoulder length hair that gets oily quickly. For me, application works best if I wet my hair with hot-ish water, rinse the bar in same hot-ish water so it gets a slick feeling (pretty sure that's because the surface is starting to melt), and rub it over my hair in a downward motion focusing on my ends. When my ends feel pretty well coated, I flip my hair up on top of my head and squeeze the water out so it carries the conditioner through the top part of my hair. This seems to work well for getting the conditioner worked throughout my hair without getting so much up near the roots that my hair gets oily again quickly.

Minor learning curve for its quality

The softness of my hair & suppleness in brushing tells me that this bar is doing its job mighty well. No doubt, learning to use a conditioning bar for the first time might feel cumbersome, after years of flipping a plastic cap, dumping a liquid splotch in your hand & doing a quick slap-lather-rinse on your head. You might even experience the defeated feeling that you're wasting water - as one commenter posted on 1/27/22... if you let the spigot run during a lengthy application - but here's my way, which is gentle, easy, timely, and even mindfully relaxing:
Get your hair all wet, then *grasp the bar against your scalp and make small circles, covering your entire head. If you have any length to your hair, use the opposite palm to anchor the bar & your hair between your 2 hands, down to its ends. I hope this helps!
*I find that holding the wide side reduces slipsy-dropsies.
**Try holding the narrower side now for more coverage.

Takes Practice & it is worth it!!

Been using this stuff for over a year. I have long mature hair and this bar works great. I first bought it to take traveling. Now I use it all the time. Bought the sample size for my daughter’s Easter basket!

It is the best of the conditioning bars I've tried, but it is still not perfect. I'm not sure a bar can be. It takes long enough to apply that I'm sure the water saved in making it a bar, not a liquid, is lost down the drain. I've long (shoulder blades), thick, wavy hair. The conditioner bar lasts longer than the shampoo bar, which is the opposite of how the bottles go, and I'm sure part of that is how much harder it is to get the conditioner in my hair!

This is the good stuff!

I was nervous about trying this, for sure. I have thin hair that chronically tangles. I typically can only brush through it while it’s wet after conditioning and directly after the shower. After that- it’s a challenge I often don’t like to fight when dry. Anyways, this conditioner bar checks out and is legit. It did take a little work figuring out how to get it in my hair the best, but once I did, it worked well. My hair felt soft without feeling heavy or oily and I was able to brush in the shower and after like a champ. The smell is nice and subtle. My hair smells so fresh when I smell it. And not overpowering like I’m wearing a ton a fragrance.

Anyone saying this is hard to apply- it’s not and it’s easier the more you use it. I went it in my hands and use the bar directly in my hair. After a couple uses, it takes no time to condition my hair.

Detangle. Moisturize. Ditch the plastic.

Scent: sweet orange, wintergreen, lemon and patchouli

Our conditioner was developed from the same chemistry as a top-performing 'liquid' equivalent. What does that mean?

Detangling?

Moisturizing?

We got you. Added bonus - it smells fantastic  (A blend of Wintergreen, Patchouli, and Lemon). It had to work with thick curly hair, fine straight hair, and everything in between. After several iterations, we believe we got it right. We think you'll agree.

Each 60gm (2.1oz) bar is equal to 3 - 4 bottles of liquid conditioner.

Each sample bar is 15gm (.5 oz) - great for travelling or gifting!
