Organic Beeswax Food Wraps
These wraps and the bags are amazing!! You can find them in use in our pantry, refrigerator and freezer. They last a long time and we are still using the ones from the initial offer. I keep them in the cabinet on top of the foil and plastic wrap so family members see them first!! BTW, it’s the same old roll of plastic wrap purchased in August of 2019! I just hate to throw it out.
I just loves these bags for my fresh produce storage. They keep veggies well. And I use them for my work lunch and always get questions and comments. Was up well and I feel good using them. The only thing negative and not really a negative is I can’t see what’s in them when going thru my fridge. But I’m trying to organize a color coded system. 🤔
These wraps are the best I have tried. I use them for everything from soup to nuts (ok, the soup is in a bowl). You can wrap food directly in them or use them to cover bowls, plates, etc. They do get better with time, and you can use them over and over and over again.
These are great! In fact, the more you use them, the better they are! How many products can you say that about? I use them to cover open food containers or wrap up produce. So much better than saran wrap!
Honestly, these are a lifesaver. My housemate and I try to limit our plastic, and by having these as part of our zero-waste products, we are still on the same plastic wrap that we came into the house with (which had been a product my dad had bought) -- which was over 7 months ago. It keeps even avocado fresh looking, which we all know can get gross the moment it even sniffs fresh oxygen.
They work great in the fridge, in lunchboxes... you can even leave it unwashed for over 24 hours and it'll be forgiving during the wash method. (not recommended... just... you know, life happens).
I would recommend having them in a place that you easily see it as you change habits to a more zero-waste thought process though, because if you tuck them away, you might forget about them. They are an unforgettable product, but until you get used to making them part of your daily routine, you may be tempted to reach for the plastic wrap instead. Don't do it! These things are great. :)

How to Wash and (Re)Use
Using cool water gently hand wash your food wraps using etee's Plastic-Free Dish Soap (or another mild, ethanol-free dish soap). Rinse, shake off excess water, then hang or towel dry (you could even reuse them immediately, if you're crazy like us).
REUSABLE TIP: You've been using your wraps for about a year and they're no longer sticking like they used to? Try using them to help open up those extra-stuck pickle jars, or using them as fire starters next time you're getting ready to roast marshmallows! Don't need either? No worries - rest assured that they'll decompose if you chuck them in the bin.
Certified Organic cotton infused with organic beeswax, tree resin, a bit of soy wax, organic jojoba oil and organic cinnamon & clove essential oils.
These wraps are really great. I just checked on some parsley that I bought over two weeks ago (I used it a couple of times, but not in the last week), and it is still good! It would have wilted long ago if it was without wrapping, or in plastic grocery store bag! I like the way the wraps smell of beeswax. I'm getting some food bags too, those will be handy to take to the farmers market!
Very happy with the wraps and love having an alternative to plastic. I found them easy to clean and use and they lasted a long time. Now on my second order plus trying out the new bags. Let’s all do our bit to reduce single use plastic!
