What Do You Use to Wash Your Face?

92% of women use facial cleansers on a daily basis, and the overwhelming majority come packaged in plastic.

Yikes!

We'd love to change that, but we need your help!

So tell us, what's your daily cleansing routine? And what would it take for you to try something new?

Let us know - comment below - together we can turn this plastic tide around!

  • I use a Konjak sponge and a pharmacy-bought hypoallergnic face cleanser (plastic tube). Before I ran out, I was also using a Lush face scrub (comes in plastic, but you can normally bring back your containers and they reuse them).

  • I use a facial scrub that I buy on Etsy. It definitely comes in plastic containers. I have also been having trouble finding a non-plastic lotion alternative.

  • I currently use DHC’s olive oil cleanser and ApotheCuryous’s honey mask for deep cleaning. I also lately have been buying from Simply Earthbound’s Etsy shop but they do not have a daily cleanser option, even though they don’t ship/use plastics at all. So am definitely looking for a non-plastic packaging option! I am totally down with either bars or glass jars. Thank you for doing this research!

  • I would love a cleanser that came in a bar or glass jar.my biggest bummer with cleanser is washing it off. I would love some type of pad or scrubber that is plastic free that I could use and not get water all over my sink when I try and wash it off. A set would be incredible.

  • Pure bar soap in the shower. My wife does use a cleanser that comes in plastic and the other product that is extremely difficult to find in anything but plastic and that we both use is hand and body lotion. Impossible to find something not in a plastic jar.
