  • I have been baking my sourdough bread and not covering the rising bowl with plastic wrap has been a challenge since it tends to stick to cloth being a sticky dough. The other is seeing my fruits and veggies that are delivered coming wrapped or bagged in plastic when I would normally take my cloth bags. I bring but being in the at risk category by age try to order and state to pack loose.

  • The take-out food packaging AND the multitude of plastic containers for fresh fruit!!! Yikes! What makes us think we can use a non-biodegradable package for such a trivial use?!!!

  • It’s harder to use re-usable bags and also to find re-usable masks. I’m using more so-called convenience items to minimize my contact with others too.

  • My biggest challenge is I’ve been investing money in reusable items – shopping bags, produce bags, bottles, etc and shopping areas aren’t really allowing that. I don’t want to be “that customer” who doesn’t follow regulations, but I also don’t want to HAVE to use plastic if I don’t need to.

  • Seeing the amount of waste from ordering things online and also the use of plastic bags when grocery shopping since they stopped letting us use our own bags. :(
